Hot water heater stopped working, John T. Cannon Plumbing responded quickly and had it repaired the next day. Charles was professional, explaining the repairs being done and cleaned up the work area before he left.

It is never a good time when you need a plumber. Terry, and his crew Scott and Charlie, were very professional and explained what caused the problem, the required repairs, and the approximate cost. The job is done now and I could not be happier, and the total cost did not break the bank. These guys have been around, and have all worked together, for several years. I am so thankful that I gave them the call, and now they are the guys I WILL call next time. Gentlemen, thanks for coming to work today!!

American Home Shield sent Cannon Plumbing out for a couple issues. Charles came out within a reasonable time-frame and replaced our garbage disposal, fixed a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and speedy to fix. I would recommend Cannon to anyone.
